Baker & Provan acquired Poche Engineering in November 2021. Poche's technical personnel and Engineering Manager are now working with Baker & Provan. All Poche equipment and personnel are now operating from Baker & Provan's St Marys engineering workshop in western Sydney.

Poche Engineering's services include induction hardening, CNC machining, welding and fabrication and a quick  turnaround catering for urgent breakdown work.
